What counts as an AI-generated email?

Each email that Koda writes using AI counts toward your monthly limit. You can preview, edit, and approve every email before it's sent. Editing a generated email doesn't count as a new generation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get immediate access to the higher tier's limits. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do unused emails roll over?

No. Your email generation limit resets at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps things simple and predictable. The Scale plan has unlimited emails, so this only applies to Starter and Growth.
What if I need more than 5 campaigns on Growth?

The Scale plan gives you unlimited campaigns. If Growth fits everywhere else but campaigns, Scale is the move. We don't do custom limits on individual plans — it keeps pricing transparent.
Is there a free trial?

You can explore the app and set up campaigns before subscribing. AI email generation requires a paid plan. We chose this over a free trial because it lets you evaluate the product on your timeline, not ours.
